US-headquartered (Beaverton, OR), no documented Irish office. Same gap as the rest of the category: no explicit eTenders.gov.ie or OGP awareness, no published Irish-VAT billing. Public REST API is a meaningful differentiator if your bid stack already wires into a CRM or homegrown pipeline tooling. Re-brand from RFPIO is recent: older Irish reviews and procurement-side mentions still use the RFPIO name.
