We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights under the GDPR and Irish data protection law.

2. Data We Collect

2.1 Analytics

We use Plausible Analytics, a GDPR-compliant, privacy-first analytics tool. Plausible does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and does not track you across sites. We see only aggregate statistics (page views, referrers, countries).

2.2 AI Tool Inputs

When you use our AI tools (Tender Matcher, Bid Readiness, Tender Brief, Jargon Decoder), your input is sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate a response. We do not store your inputs or the AI responses. Please review Anthropic's Privacy Policy for information on how they handle API data.

2.3 Server Logs

Our hosting provider (Netlify) may collect standard server log data (IP addresses, request times) for security and operational purposes. See Netlify's Privacy Policy for details.

TenderWatch does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Plausible Analytics is cookieless. No consent banner is required.

We do not store personal data from AI tool usage. Aggregate analytics data is retained by Plausible per their retention policy. Server logs are retained by Netlify per their policy.
