Terms of Use

Last updated: April 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern your use of Tenderwatch.ie ("the Service"), which is operated by Consistent Publishing Limited (CRO 742884). By accessing and using the Service, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TenderWatch aggregates publicly available Irish public procurement notices from TED (Tenders Electronic Daily), the official EU procurement journal, and presents them in a structured, searchable format. We also provide AI-powered tools to assist businesses in understanding and responding to tender opportunities.

3. Data Accuracy

Tender data is sourced from the TED API and processed automatically. While we strive for accuracy, TenderWatch makes no warranty that the information displayed is complete, current, or error-free. Always verify tender details directly on ted.europa.eu or etenders.gov.ie before submitting any bid or taking any commercial decision.

4. AI-Generated Content

The AI tools and summaries on TenderWatch are generated by large language models and are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute legal, financial, or procurement advice. AI-generated content may contain errors or omissions. You are solely responsible for any decisions made based on AI-generated content.

5. Intellectual Property

Tender notices are public documents published by contracting authorities. TenderWatch's presentation, classification, and tooling are proprietary. You may not scrape, reproduce, or redistribute TenderWatch content at scale without prior written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

TenderWatch is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including missed tender deadlines, incorrect information, or AI tool outputs.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
