Consignment-Based Supply and Delivery of Intraocular Lenses

This RFQ contemplates the consignment‑based supply and delivery of a full range of intraocular lenses (IOLs) suitable for use in cataract and refractive surgery. The Successful Respondent[s] will provide all Standard, Toric, Multifocal, Monofocal, and other clinically indicated IOL types and powers necessary to meet the needs of RVEEH.

The consignment model must ensure continuous product availability, timely replenishment, and full traceability of stock from delivery through clinical use.
