Dublin social housing call and €130m sewer survey lead a capital-heavy week

This week's standout Irish public tenders — what to watch and where the deadlines fall.

A call for developers to deliver social and cost-rental schemes of more than 200 homes across Dublin local authority regions, valued at €300m, sits alongside a €130m wastewater network sewer survey framework, making infrastructure and housing the dominant themes this week. Bid managers should note the Dublin social housing deadline of 22 June and the sewer survey notice, which carries no closing date as yet.
