Summary

DPC intends to establish a multi-party framework for Electrical Consultancy Services, with Mechanical Specialist support, to: (a) develop a comprehensive Dublin Port electrification strategy and supporting studies suitable for executive-level decision-making; and (b) Provide electrical (and associated mechanical specialist) consultancy services to support ongoing operations, upgrades and expansion projects throughout the framework term. The successful Framework Members must demonstrate the capacity and expertise to deliver high-quality electrical engineering services across all project phases, including feasibility, concept design, detailed design, tender support, construction support/oversight, commissioning support and post-completion review as required under individual call-off contracts.
