The scope of the Framework Agreement is for the provision of specialised consultancy services to assist with the delivery of business and ICT projects for the HRB. Tenderers should refer to Section 3 of the RFT for a detailed description of the scope, functional requirements, and related services to be delivered under the Framework Agreement.
