What is a standing alert?
When you run the Tender Matcher as a Pro member, you can save that search as a standing alert. Each week we check your business description against the new Irish tenders and email you the ones that fit. You can hold up to 10 standing alerts at a time and remove any of them with one click from the alert email.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Billing is handled by Stripe. Use the "Manage or cancel your subscription" link on this page to open the Stripe billing portal and cancel any time. Your Pro access runs until the end of the period you have paid for.
How is VAT handled?
VAT is calculated and applied at checkout by Stripe based on your country and, for businesses, your VAT number. The receipt you get is a valid VAT invoice.
Is the tender data itself paid?
No. Every tender, award, authority, and supplier page on TenderWatch stays free and open. Pro pays for the watching: unlimited matching, standing alerts, and export. As with all TenderWatch tools, always verify every tender detail on the official eTenders notice before bidding.
