The Work Placement Experience Programme helps businesses offer valuable work experience to jobseekers while bringing fresh ideas and skills into your own team. The programme gives people the chance to develop their skills through a supervised work placement, while businesses can support people as they build their experience and move closer to employment. It’s a six-month, 30 hour per week voluntary work and training experience programme that pays the participant at least €369 per week.
Who is it for?
Talk to us if you are: Willing to offer a voluntary work experience placement Registered as a business with the Revenue Commissioners and are tax compliant An employer of at least one other person, full-time ,working 30 hours or more per week Able to provide a structured and supervised work experience placement.
