The Enterprise Support Grant (ESG) helps people who are starting a new business with some of the costs they’ll face. The grant is available to people who have been approved for the Back to Work Enterprise Allowance (BTWEA) or Short-Term Enterprise Allowance (STEA). You’ll need to contribute at least 20% of the cost yourself. The amount you can get depends on the allowance you’re receiving and the costs you need help with.
