The Wage Subsidy Scheme gives employers financial support when you recruit and employ someone with a disability. It helps you build a more diverse workforce while covering part of your wage costs. The role must be for at least 15 hours a week and the subsidy is available for up to 39 hours a week. It’s a great way to help people with disabilities to join your team.
