Under Circular 05/2023, Irish public sector contracts above €50,000 for goods and services (and €200,000 for works) must be advertised here; a competitive process is encouraged from €25,000. Suppliers must register to search, receive alerts, and submit bids. Managed by the Office of Government Procurement.
