Key elements of the project include: • A new 1,100 m² Community Hub providing multi-purpose spaces for community groups, social enterprises, training, events, youth facilities, and cultural activities. • Public realm enhancements improving connectivity between St.
Tiernach’s Park, the town centre, and the PEACE Link campus, with a focus on walkability, cycling, open space, and community interaction. • A comprehensive Regeneration Strategy and Action Plan that sets out a long term vision for revitalising the quarter, addressing dereliction, land use, landscape improvements, and phased development.
