Lot 1 - Major Site Enabling works is primarily focused on delivering large-scale site enabling operations across complex urban environments. While the core scope centres on site enabling activities such as demolition, site clearance, environmental protection, access road provision, and landscape reinstatement, this lot also encompasses essential utilities works, including the installation, diversion, and protection of key services.

Contractors bidding for this lot must demonstrate the capability to deliver major site enabling as the dominant quantum of work will be site preparation and enabling, with a requirement to competently deliver supporting utilities tasks as needed.
