Summary

Transport Infrastructure Ireland (TII) intends to procure works for the Athletic Union League Project under a single contract using the Public Works Contract for Minor Building and Civil Engineering Works Designed by the Employer (PW CF5). The scope of works comprises the construction of two soccer pitches at Athletic Union League, one full size all weather synthetic pitch and one full size dual 7 a side sand based pitch—together with associated civil, building, and utility infrastructure.

Works include pitch lighting, fencing, realignments, drainage infrastructure (including pitch drainage, surface water drainage, SuDS swale, and permeable SuDS footpaths), wastewater treatment systems, potable water infrastructure, a clubhouse, ballstop netting, dugouts, goal posts, and ancillary items such as generator slab and security fencing. The contract will be awarded as a lump sum with a Bill of Quantities and evaluated on the basis of the Most Economically Advantageous Tender (MEAT).
