Framework agreements where Tenderwatch has at least one heuristically-linked call-off award. 2560 of 5004 captured frameworks (51%) have linked call-offs; 18,505 call-off awards matched in total.

Data-completeness caveat

Irish TED award notices carry no foreign-key field linking a call-off award to its parent framework. Tenderwatch infers the link with a deterministic heuristic:

  1. Award's contracting authority equals the framework's authority.
  2. At least one shared 4-digit CPV-code prefix.
  3. Award's published date falls between the framework's published date and end date.

2444 of the 5004 captured frameworks have no linked call-offs in this dataset (zero matches under the rule). They still appear on /frameworks. False positives are possible when an authority awards a one-off contract in the same CPV family; false negatives are possible when winners cite the framework with a different CPV granularity. Treat as directional, not exhaustive.
