Is Pro in beta?
Yes. Pro opened in September 2026 and the first members are shaping it. Today the alerts run once a week against the newest tenders. Next on the list: a daily check, and the buyer's award history with every hit so you can judge a bid before you open the notice. If something does not work, tell us through the contact page and it gets fixed. You can cancel at any time.
What is a standing alert?
Save a matcher run as a standing alert and we keep running it for you. Each week your business description is checked against the new Irish tenders and you get an email with the ones that fit, ten at most, best first. Hold up to 10 alerts at a time and remove any of them with one click from the alert email or from your activation page.
Can I use Pro on more than one device?
Yes. There is no password. Your activation email carries a link that switches Pro on in whichever browser you open it in, and it works for 90 days, so open it on your laptop and your phone. On a new device later, ask for a fresh link on the activation page with the email you paid with.
What if Pro finds me nothing?
If Pro does not show you a tender worth reading in your first month, tell us through the contact page and we refund that month. No forms, no argument. After that, cancel any time.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Billing is handled by Stripe. Use the "Manage or cancel your subscription" link on this page to open the Stripe billing portal and cancel any time. Your Pro access runs until the end of the period you have paid for.
How is VAT handled?
VAT is calculated and applied at checkout by Stripe based on your country and, for businesses, your VAT number. The receipt you get is a valid VAT invoice.
Is the tender data itself paid?
No. Every tender, award, authority and supplier page on TenderWatch stays free and open. Pro pays for the watching: unlimited matching, standing alerts and export. Always check the official eTenders notice before you bid.
